All sales are non-refundable.

Students may be eligible for a transfer credit to another class if Voice One is notified before the start time of their currently enrolled class:

• 7 or more days' notice: Full transfer credit equal to the registration cost of the currently enrolled class.
• 3-6 days' notice: 75% transfer credit.
• 1-2 days' notice: 50% transfer credit.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: No transfer credit available.

We reserve the right to change or cancel any class due to low enrollment. If we cancel a class, students will receive a full transfer credit.
