Darin De Paul seems to really love his job. Why wouldn't he? He's voiced so many amazing characters in video games and animation, including Reinhardt of Overwatch, Revenant of Apex Legends, and Samuel Hayden of Doom Eternal.
Here he is in an interview about how he got into voice acting in video games. It's short but packed with great perspective and advice for voice actors. Here's a snippet:
"Find the musicality of the line and totally commit to your character. You find the voice at the start of the session with the director and writers; use that voice Rolodex in your head and go through what you think it might sound like until everyone is in agreement. So file away voices and characters, you will use them! You may do more than one voice per session and they have to be different."
