Wow! This is such a great interview. Jess Harnell’s love of the craft of voice acting and his attitude and perspective about working with different types of directors and producers is both cheerful and professional. Truly a VO role model.
You can see that at heart, Jess really has a vibrant, youthful spirit (much like his Animaniacs character, Wacko), and it's also coupled with a hopeful realism that is admirable and inspiring.
This interview is immensely touching and encouraging, and one of the best that we’ve read all year! So without further ado, please give it a read. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
