Video games are serious business these days, and as the industry has evolved and grown from producing predominantly two-dimensional platforming games with 8-bit sounds to the immersive open-world games we see today, so has the need for believable characters in those immersive worlds. This is fantastic for us voice actors. Some titles tout A-list celebrities in the credits, but many many more roles go to lesser known voice actors who fill out the world and make the gaming experience that much more enjoyable.
